Born in 1987 in Aksaray, Lale Doğrusöz Kurt completed her education in various cities and began her professional career with a six-year tenure as a Human Resources (HR) Manager at a construction contracting firm.

She then joined Ertürk Group, where she continues to excel in her role as both Human Resources (HR) Manager and Accounting Department Supervisor.

Her responsibilities can be summarized as follows:

• Developing work plans for employees within Ertürk Group,
• Managing employee psychology,
• Performance management,
• Managing the adaptation of newly hired staff,
• Protecting company values,
